Job Description

Compensation: $74,235.20 annually

With the growth of all crisis services, this Director will use a clinical lens to monitor crisis services data to ensure quality services are being consistently provided. This position will work closely with other Crisis Services Directors and data staff. As crisis services continues to evolve, this position will require creativity and flexibility if/when services expand in the future. This position will cover all regions Compass Health Network serves and will report directly to Deputy Chief Clinical Officer of Access and Urgent Care Services.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Review data sets related to each crisis service line to:
o Ensure timely and complete data collection occurs
o Monitor data for any patterns and suggest adjustments accordingly
o Check workflow for ongoing accuracy and make changes when necessary
o Send data to Deputy Chief clinical officer of Access and Urgent Care Services as assigned Collaborate with Crisis Services Administrative Assistant to ensure accurate and timely data Collection and Dissemination
o Monitor program staff productivity (when applicable), patterns of care, length of stay in program, appropriate response, and treatment recommendations
• Focus on areas of possible expansion
• Assist with coordinating new initiatives to support model development, policy changes, sustainability and replication within Compass Health and the state
• Attend internal and external meetings related to ACI, as assigned
• Hours of work are typical business hours Monday through Friday but must be available by phone for back up to ACI staff should they need consultative assistance during an after-hours crisis.
• Abide by all professional, certification and corporate ethical standards
• Travel includes in-state travel for program oversight and occasional trainings
• Review records for completeness, accuracy, quality and any peer review concern
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

EDUCATION

Master’s degree in a human service field required

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

At least four (4) years’ experience in a human service field required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

LPC or LCSW preferred
